2.26.11

Yuna came down during a rainy day in Febuarary. I picked her up from the train station in downtown Fullerton and headed back to my house to plan out the rest of the day. My little sister needed to go to Tilly’s to pick up some clothes for a high school stag dance at Sunny Hills. While she was inside shopping, Yuna and I went to Pets Mart to use the bathroom. We all got back in the car and went to my sister’s friend’s house where I dropped her off. Yuna and I were hungry but not super hungry so a snack sounded like a good idea. I bought her Cold Stone ice cream at Birch st. in Brea. It was funny because she wanted to share ice cream with me but when I tried it, I just made a sour and unpleasant look on my face. I then said, “Oh man that is not yummy,” and her reply was, “This is my favorite ice cream…” I tried my best to like it after a few more taste but that was not working out. We went next door where I got us some Mocha Frapps. Whipped cream for hers and none for me please. Earlier that day Yuna surprised me with a Moleskine note book that I’ve been wanting for the longest time. I busted that out and began to draw while we sipped on our Starbucks. Our stay was short because of the 20 minute parking that I parked out in front and that is where I snapped the picture above.

Here is a spot I took her after Starbucks. It is a community in Rowland Heights called Vantage Pointe. It looks over the Inland Empire and looks amazing at night when all the lights are on. The weather began to turn on us and it started sprinkling while we were out. It was nice driving with the raindrops accumulating on my windshield because it made for beautiful pictures. It was even better holding hands and just cruising down the hill on Fullerton Road/Harbor blvd. Once we arrived to my warm and dry house my best friends Raven and Megan hit me up for dinner at a place called Boiling Crab. Perfect timing, because by then Yuna and I would be starving. They scooped us up at my house and we headed for a night out together. We all get the same thing pretty much: 1lb of shrimp with all the seasoning and Cajun fries with medium spice. The food was so good and got us all so full. Good times and good vibes. The night was still young so on our way back to Fullerton our friend Ray invited us for a little hangout with everyone at his house. It consisted of 7-11 food runs and watching The Office. Great way to end the night.

2.5.11

This is my first time going to San Diego to visit her. I am just sitting in my car at the end of the cul-de-sac waiting for her to get off work. She finally comes home and she hops in my car to go have dinner at In N Out. It was super foggy that night and I almost ran over a cat on the way there. I ordered a cheese burger with fries and she got just a hamburger. We needed something to wash down our burgers so we went to a little boba spot called Bubble Tea. Right next door was a Ralphs so we went in so I could buy her candy. There was a buy two get two free sale on candy! 4 Shockers, Plain & Peanut M&Ms, a Crunch bar, & a Twix bar all for $3.96. She loves candy and I love making her happy. Now on the way back home I almost run over a rabbit, all these animals just want to commit suicide in SD. It was my first time seeing her room in person and it was really cute and a lot bigger than I thought. It was love at first sight with her little doggie, Maggie a yorkie. She is so hyper and loving. I would be walking around the room and she would be hopping on her back legs and putting her front paws on my knees. Once I laid down she wouldn’t stop licking me. I even hid from her in the closet. It was cute because she would sniff around the edges of it and start clawing at the doors for me to come out. Next we bust out her ancient Game Cube and start to play Super Smash Brothers. Her favorite character is Kirby and mine is Pikachu. Being a master at the game I won all of the matches we had and that didn’t make her to happy. So we decided to switch it up to Mario Kart Double dash. She didn’t know I was pro at this game as well. I would go easy on her the first few games and pretended that I sucked and by the final lap I made a big come back and won. I was secretly laughing in my head but played it cool on the outside. She agreed to me being lucky and then realized I was hustling her after I won the next 5 races. We started to get tired and ended up laying down together and popped in the “I Think I love My Wife” DVD. It was my first time watching that movie and I really liked it. As I was falling asleep Maggie walks over us and plants her butt right on my head. I thought it was cute. The night was getting late so it was my time to go. It was super cold walking back to my car. I had to speed a bit on the freeway to keep me awake and help me from swerving behind the wheel. It was a long way back home but well worth it.
